CANCELLATION 

An order can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • For a stock hair system that does not include any pre-styling services (such as base pre-cut or haircut) or perming services, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • For a stock hair system with pre-styling or perming services, if the pre-styling or perming process has not yet begun.
  • For a custom order, before production starts (custom orders are typically put into production within 48 business hours of order placement).
  • For all accessories, before they have been shipped.

RETURNS

We are pleased to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Regular Stock Items (Unused/Unaltered): Eligible for return/exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.

  • The hair system is unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered. If a returned item fails inspection for "original condition," we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge applicable fees.

  • Custom / Pre-cut / Hand-modified / Clearance / Sale Items: Generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless a clear quality issue exists (see "Quality Issues" section).

  • Clearance Items: Marked as "Clearance" on the product page. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

Return/Exchange Process (Step by Step)

  • Email info@angelremyhair.com (Subject: RMA Request --- Order #XXXXX) with: Order number, reason for return, and problem photos/videos (if applicable).

  • Customer service will reply within 1–3 business days with an RMA number, return address, and instructions.

  • Customer must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA (keep shipping receipt and tracking number).
    Failure to ship within this period may result in return refusal.

  • We inspect the item upon receipt (approx. 2 weeks), then process the refund/replacement/repair as agreed.

  • If a shipping refund is due (for quality issues), it will be included in the refund. For customer-paid returns, only the item price will be refunded.

Additional Terms & Rights Reserved

  • We reserve the final right to inspect and refuse any returned item.

  • Angelremy may deny service and cancel future orders in cases of policy abuse (e.g., frequent returns, fraudulent activity).

  • This policy is effective from the date of publication. Angelremy reserves the right to modify the policy as needed, with updates posted on our website.

REFUND

Once your return has been received, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps for either an exchange or a refund.

If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 24 hours. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, usually within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that any currency conversion fees or charges applied by PayPal or banks during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer’s bank.

FREE REPAIR OR A REPLACEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

If you experience significant hair loss within the first two weeks, leading to a bald spot covering more than 10% of the base, we offer a free repair or replacement based on the specific circumstances. To provide a solution, please share details such as the date of your installation, your hair system care and maintenance routine, and any treatments like perming or bleaching applied to the hair system. 

You are responsible for the return shipping. You can send the product back to us, but we do not cover the shipping costs. The repair process typically takes 2-5 weeks, depending on the specific circumstances.

SHIPPING LABEL

If you experience significant hair loss again with the repaired or replacement hair system, this warranty will no longer apply.

The following items are not covered by this warranty:

  • Full V-looped hair systems
  • Clearance Items
  • Hair systems that have been permed, colored, bleached, or otherwise chemically treated by the client.

About Hair Systems

What is your best hair system? +

We design each model with a specific reason to solve a specific concern from the client. Each material and technique comes with different pros and cons. For a natural effect, you can choose a V-loop full skin base. For durable base, you can choose knotted base, such as 0.06-0.08mm or 0.1-0.12mm knotted base. For breathable one, you can choose Q6 , OUT OF and Full Lace bases

Are all hair systems made of Real Human Hair? +

Our solid colors are 100% real human hair. The gray blends (10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%) contain synthetic gray hair fibers. This is standard practice, as pure human gray hair doesn't produce a strong enough color. Hair colors with 65% to 80% gray are made from 100% real human hair.

Should I use glue or tape? +

The two can be used together. However, some products are best to use only glue, such as a full skin base with a thickness of 0.03-0.04 mm. The thinner the bottom, the glue is needed.

I. Daily Maintenance

1. Use a wide-tooth comb and gently detangle from ends to roots.

2. Avoid pulling or rough brushing to prevent shedding.

II. Washing Routine

1. Wash every 1–2 weeks with a sulfate-free shampoo.

2. Apply shampoo in a downward motion; rinse with lukewarm water.

3. Use conditioner on the ends only; rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

III. Cleaning Adhesive & Base

1. Use a proper adhesive remover and let it sit as instructed.

2. Wipe off residue gently and wash the base with shampoo.

3. Air-dry on a wig stand.

IV. Styling & Heat

1. Always let the system dry fully before styling.

2. Use low heat and apply heat protectant if styling with tools.

V. Storage

1. Store on a wig stand in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.

2. Keep it ventilated to maintain shape and freshness.

VI. Professional Maintenance

1. Visit a hair system specialist every 3–4 months for deep cleaning and base check.

2. Reapply tape or adhesive professionally if needed.

Do you offer haircutting or base-cutting services? +

We do not offer haircutting services. However, we do provide base-cutting services to match your requested size and template. If you need the base customized, please email us at info@angelremyhair.com with your requirements or template details before placing your order.

What is a bleached knot? Do I need it? +

A bleached knot is a technique used to make the hair knots on lace or skin bases less visible by lightening their color, creating a more natural-looking hairline and parting. It’s especially useful for dark-colored hair systems on light or medium skin tones.
Whether you need it depends on your base type and desired look. If you want a very natural, undetectable hairline, especially with lace or lace front bases, bleached knots are recommended. For ultra-thin skin bases with V-looped hair, bleaching is not needed since there are no visible knots.
Please note: For color #1 (jet black), we do not offer bleached knots, as the hair is too dark for effective bleaching.

We normally use FedEx and DHL. Due to different tariff policies in different countries, we will use the most appropriate logistics method according to the actual situation.
