CANCELLATION 

An order can be canceled under the following conditions:

  • For a stock hair system that does not include any pre-styling services (such as base pre-cut or haircut) or perming services, provided it has not yet been shipped.
  • For a stock hair system with pre-styling or perming services, if the pre-styling or perming process has not yet begun.
  • For a custom order, before production starts (custom orders are typically put into production within 48 business hours of order placement).
  • For all accessories, before they have been shipped.

RETURNS

We are pleased to accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Regular Stock Items (Unused/Unaltered): Eligible for return/exchange within 45 days from the date of receipt.

  • First Order Protection: First-time customers purchasing from our store enjoy one free return/exchange (shipping and restocking fees covered by Angelremy) within 45 days.

  • The hair system is unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered. If a returned item fails inspection for "original condition," we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge applicable fees.

  • Custom / Pre-cut / Hand-modified / Clearance / Sale Items: Generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable, unless a clear quality issue exists (see "Quality Issues" section).

  • Clearance Items: Marked as "Clearance" on the product page. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method with a tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

Return/Exchange Process (Step by Step)

  • Email info@angelremyhair.com (Subject: RMA Request --- Order #XXXXX) with: Order number, reason for return, and problem photos/videos (if applicable).

  • Customer service will reply within 1–3 business days with an RMA number, return address, and instructions.

  • Customer must ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the RMA (keep shipping receipt and tracking number).
    Failure to ship within this period may result in return refusal.

  • We inspect the item upon receipt (approx. 2 weeks), then process the refund/replacement/repair as agreed.

  • If a shipping refund is due (for quality issues), it will be included in the refund. For customer-paid returns, only the item price will be refunded.

Additional Terms & Rights Reserved

  • We reserve the final right to inspect and refuse any returned item.

  • Angelremy may deny service and cancel future orders in cases of policy abuse (e.g., frequent returns, fraudulent activity).

  • This policy is effective from the date of publication. Angelremy reserves the right to modify the policy as needed, with updates posted on our website.

REFUND

Once your return has been received, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps for either an exchange or a refund.

If a refund is agreed upon, it will be processed within 24 hours. However, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank, usually within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that any currency conversion fees or charges applied by PayPal or banks during the refund process are the responsibility of the customer’s bank.

WARRANTY FROM Angelremy Hair
FREE REPAIR OR A REPLACEMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

If you experience significant hair loss within the first two weeks, leading to a bald spot covering more than 10% of the base, we offer a free repair or replacement based on the specific circumstances. To provide a solution, please share details such as the date of your installation, your hair system care and maintenance routine, and any treatments like perming or bleaching applied to the hair system. 

You are responsible for the return shipping. You can send the product back to us, but we do not cover the shipping costs. The repair process typically takes 2-5 weeks, depending on the specific circumstances.

SHIPPING LABEL

If you experience significant hair loss again with the repaired or replacement hair system, this warranty will no longer apply.

The following items are not covered by this warranty:

  • Full V-looped hair systems
  • Clearance Items
  • Hair systems that have been permed, colored, bleached, or otherwise chemically treated by the client.
