45-day return/exchange for in-stock items (from delivery). First-time customers get one complimentary return/exchange within 45 days. Custom/processed items are stricter—usually non-returnable unless defective.
In-stock (unused & unaltered): eligible within 45 days.
Final Sale / Clearance: cannot be returned.
Custom / Pre-cut / Altered: normally non-returnable unless defective.
First purchase customers get one free return/exchange within 45 days — Angelremy covers return and replacement shipping for that single instance.
Item must be unused and unaltered (not worn, cut, colored, glued, or washed). Include original packaging, tags, accessories and proof of purchase. Quality claims require clear photos/videos.
Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos. After verification we will offer: free repair, free replacement (if available), or full refund. For verified defects, Angelremy covers return shipping.
Custom/colored/pre-cut items are usually non-returnable. Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours for full refund. After production starts cancellations may be impossible or eligible for a partial refund (up to 50%), depending on progress.
Customer-initiated returns: customer pays return shipping (first-order free return is an exception). Inspection typically takes 2–3 weeks. After approval refunds issued to original payment method within about 5 business days (processor delays may apply).
Items that have been cut, glued, worn, washed, or obviously damaged. Custom or color-matched items (unless defective). Products marked “Final Sale” or clearance.
  1. Email info@angelremyhair.com with subject RMA Request — Order #XXXXX and include order number, reason, and photos/videos (if any).
  2. We reply in 1–3 business days with RMA number & instructions.
  3. Ship back within 7 days of receiving RMA (keep tracking/insurance).
  4. We inspect (≈2 weeks) and process replacement/repair/refund per outcome.
Angelremy reserves final inspection rights and may refuse non-compliant returns. Abuse of the policy may lead to service restrictions. Policy updates will be posted on the website.
